RAD 140: Results, Side Effects, and More

There’s a new supplement on the market called RAD 140, and my friends, it’s really something to behold. RAD 140, otherwise known as Testolone, belongs to a class of workout supplements known as SARMs, short for “Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators.”

These supplements, known as SARMs, have some incredible benefits, and very few side effects, according to clinical research… and today, I’m going to share with you how I transformed my physique using RAD 140.

…but first, let’s talk about what SARMs are, their side effects, dosages, and more. Here’s everything you need to know about RAD 140.

RAD 140: What is it?

Testolone, more commonly known as RAD 140, is a particular type of SARM that is known for providing users with incredible benefits.

First off though, what are SARMs? As I said, it’s an acronym that stands for “Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators,” and they’re often compared to steroids.

The thing is, however, they’re nothing like steroids – and they’re completely legal. Steroids target all of your androgen receptors, which leads to incredible gains, but also a ton of nasty side effects like gynecomastia and roid rage.

With SARMs however, they “selectively” target the androgen receptors in your skeletal muscle, and avoid the androgen receptors in your smooth muscle (such as your heart and organs).

This means that with SARMs, you can get almost all of the benefits of steroids, with none of the side effects… and as you’ll see, my RAD 140 results were pretty incredible.

RAD 140 Results

Take a look at the results from my cycle up above. Using the SARM known as RAD 140, I was able to pack on a whopping 21 pounds of muscle in just 60 days.

I also lost 12 pounds of fat, in addition to this. My results were nothing short of incredible, and I attribute it to the fact that RAD 140 is the strongest SARM in existence.

According to most research, RAD 140 has an anabolic ratio of 90:1, which means that it’s 90% as effective as taking pure testosterone, and only has 1% of the side effects.

This is why, in my opinion, RAD 140 is the best SARM on the market. Let’s take a look at what the research has to say, though.

SARMs: What Does The Research Say?

Thankfully, there’s a large body of growing evidence to support the fact that SARMs are not only highly safe, but also highly effective.

Take a look at this study conducted by researchers at the Boston University School of Medicine, which found that SARMs present an “unprecedented opportunity” to improve physical strength, lean muscle mass, and fat loss:

“The last decade has witnessed unprecedented discovery effort to develop selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) that improve physical function and bone health without adversely affecting the prostate and cardiovascular outcomes. SARMs hold promise as a new class of function promoting anabolic therapies for a number of clinical indications, including functional limitations associated with aging and chronic disease, frailty, cancer cachexia, and osteoporosis.”

In another study, conducted by the same university, researchers found that a particular SARM known as Ligandrol was very well tolerated among test subjects:

“LGD-4033 was well tolerated. There were no drug-related serious adverse events. Frequency of adverse events was similar between active and placebo groups. Hemoglobin, prostate-specific antigen, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, or QT intervals did not change significantly at any dose. LGD-4033 had a long elimination half-life and dose-proportional accumulation upon multiple dosing. LGD-4033 administration was associated with dose-dependent suppression of total testosterone, sex hormone–binding globulin, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglyceride levels. follicle-stimulating hormone and free testosterone showed significant suppression at 1.0-mg dose only. Lean body mass increased dose dependently, but fat mass did not change significantly. Hormone levels and lipids returned to baseline after treatment discontinuation.

The study also found that after cycle, hormone and lipid levels returned to normal. This is quite contrary to steroids, where the effects can be incredibly long lasting.

In addition to this, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) recently banned SARMs from being used by competitors, as they found it gave them an unfair advantage.

Over the past few years, more and more studies have come out showing the effectiveness of SARMs, and just how well tolerated they are by users.

SARMs For Sale: Where to Buy SARMs Online

As with any new workout supplement, plenty of scammy companies are lining up to create fake products, and sell their junk for a premium.

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of scammers out there. In my experience, from being a professional fitness influencer and fitness model for the last decade, I’ve found that most companies selling SARMs are complete junk. Absolute bogus.

The only company I’ve found so far that is actually selling what they claim to sell, has been Proven Peptides. In my opinion, they’re the best place to buy SARMs online, period.

A lot of retail branches are starting to sell supplements that are similar to SARMs now, but the problem is they’re not actually SARMs… they’re prohormones.

Prohormones are dangerous supplements that are extremely hepatoxic, and do a number on your body. Many of them have even sent people to the emergency room.

With Proven Peptides, however, every single one of their SARMs batches is verified by a 3rdparty laboratory, so you know it’s 100% pure and legit.

They’ve got great customer service, incredible product quality, and fast shipping.

Best RAD 140 Dosage

For my cycle results above, I took 30mg of RAD 140 daily, for 60 days. This is on the higher end of the dosage spectrum, but I wanted to see how far I could push myself.

Most research and anecdotal evidence states that RAD 140 is well tolerated in users, from dosages between 15mg and 30mg per day.

If you’re just starting out, it’s recommended that you go easy on yourself and only take 15mg/day. This is a good beginner dosage of RAD 140.

If you’re more experienced however, and want to get the same incredible results that I did, it’s best you take 30mg/day. Some people have taken more, but there isn’t much research on anything beyond this.

SARMs Side Effects

The great thing about RAD 140 is there’s very few side effects. Like most of the research states, SARMs are typically very well tolerated among users.

The only side effects I experienced was slightly elevated cholesterol, and mild testosterone suppression. These returned to normal after my cycle, however.

It is recommended that you run an over the counter PCT for your SARMs cycle. You can find many of these available on Amazon for quite cheap.

It’s also good to get in the habit of eating some testosterone boosting foods, like those which are high in Omega 3’s and Omega 6’s.

Aside from this, there isn’t much else to know. SARMs are very powerful and have very few side effects, which makes them a great way for users to put on muscle and shred fat.

SARMs: The Bottom Line

All in all, SARMs are a promising new workout supplement, which are beginning to be accepted by the mainstream. More studies still need to be done, however.

The research which has been done thus far shows us that SARMs are a highly appealing alternative to steroids and prohormones, which unfortunately, have many side effects.

If you want to get results like mine, you can follow my RAD 140 cycle listed above. I simply used 30mg of RAD 140 each day for 60 days, lifted hard, and had a great diet.
